EPOD (Electronic Payment On Delivery) is a mobile app that provides a new payment method upon delivery for online orders using the customer's debit/ card card. Frequent online shoppers who pre-pay faces issues in their delivery cycle; orders that become out of stock, or end up canceled, consequently, refund cycle starts. Overall the refund process is a great hassle for the customers themselves to follow up till money gets back (it can take up to 14 business days), and hassle on the operations team of the merchant to handle the customers and manually perform the refund requests. The app will enable customers to overcome these problems by providing a new post payment method.
