The 4-month incubation program offers you world-class mentorship and coaching, business support services, training by local and international experts, corporate access and more.
Does the Incubation Program take any equity?
The Incubation Program aims to help you develop an early stage idea into a market-ready business idea and it does not take any equity.
What are sectors/industries do you support?
The incubation program will mainly focus on social impact sectors: Supporting public service delivery (health, education, waste management, environment, etc). Supporting marginalised communities (products/services focused on women, elderly, the disabled, etc). Supporting poorer regions (products/services or company operations that target Upper Egypt, rural communities etc). While the Accelerator Program sector agnostic and does not invest in one industry however preference is given to startups in the following sectors: ICT, Healthcare, Education, Digital Content and Media, Consumer Internet (Marketplaces, e-Commerce), and FinTech.
Is ‘StartEgypt’ only an incubator program and an accelerator program?
No, ‘StartEgypt’ is an Egyptian program that also holds female-focused engagement workshops and training, startup competition and events, it also produces focused entrepreneurship content.
