"Online Postpaid Recruitment Agreement the Employer will pay for their Recruitment fees and NOT the Candidates. Based on the requirements of the second party for various positions, the first party will : A.Identify appropriate Persons through either any one or a combination of means such as external advertising. B.In house Search of existing CV warehouse and headhunting. C. After in house assessments of the relevant skills and interviews, the first party will send resumes of short listed appropriate candidates to the second party for their review. Based on the second party’s input, the first party would arrange for interviews with second party personnel. To facilitate the above the second party will: - A.For all positions, define and provide the first party, recruitment criterion for each of the job family. B.Designate an executive who would be a person of authority, to facilitate day-to-day coordination. C.Provide a day’s induction to the first party team designated to the account, to observe the interviews and understand the job/ process requirements. D. Allocate one day of the week, for a detailed feedback on the candidates forwarded by the first party to the second party during that week. E.Provide the first party a quarterly rolling plan of their staffing requirements, along with the job specifications at the beginning of every month. F.Inform the first party of any duplication of candidates within two days of receipt of the candidature. G.Treat all information regarding technology, tests, and processes etc. in strictest confidence. "
