INSPIRE

A series of entrepreneurship activities all geared towards inspiring and supporting thousands of Egyptian entrepreneurs and to spark their interest to take the first steps in starting their own ventures.

National Roadshows

‘StartEgypt’ roadshow tours and Info Sessions are events that take place nationwide where our team tour Egypt from Alexandria to Aswan to answer your questions about the program and tell you more about the exciting opportunities it offers.

Ideation Sessions

If you’re looking to spark that idea in your mind and develop it and take this one step further, our carefully designed ideation sessions tackling a multitude of different topics will do just that. The sessions also feature corporate and institutional players  who will leverage design thinking methodologies to give you the most gain from the sessions.

Hackathons Events

Tackling a challenge will help your idea evolve and is overall a fantastic learning experience. ‘StartEgypt’ organizes challenging hackathons events in conjunction with corporate and institutional players to help you prototype and test your idea(s) before turning them into a potential startup idea.

StartEgypt Annual Forum

An annual showcase event and the culmination of the four-month incubation program. You will get the opportunity to present your businesses to investors, leading business professionals, coaches and mentors. The annual forum is an excellent opportunity to expand your business connections in order to take your idea or startup to an even more advanced stage.

Startup Events

A series of startup and entrepreneurship-focused events, competitions, meetups and eclectic activities to inspire you and connect you with other Egyptian entrepreneurs.

Female Founders Workshops

A series of nationwide workshops that will be led by seasoned guest-speakers and entrepreneurs and designed to help female founders take your first steps towards actualizing their business idea or startup.

Impact Research

The program will conduct research studying further understanding the current innovation cycle in Egypt and issues around commercialising ideas, as well as the gaps entrepreneurs face in the country, from the initial idea to the venture conception and progressive growth as a business. Based on that research, ‘state of entrepreneurship’ reports are to be generated and published compiling and detailing all relevant information that will allow for better market understanding, know-how and best practices within the entrepreneurial sphere.
